Job responsibilities:
Review hospital Inpatient charts and validate the physician diagnoses based on the clinical relevancy and diagnostic investigations documented in the chart.
Candidates should have the experience in any of below requirement
BDS, BAMS, BHMS, B.Sc Nursing with Inpatient DRG coding experience.
(Or)
Medical Transcriptionists with a minimum of 5 years experience in transcription and 2-3 years experience in Inpatient DRG
(Or)
Hospital Inpatient DRG coders with a minimum 4 years experience.
BDS, BAMS, BHMS with good clinical experience and Medical coding experience
